Ready, Set, FIX!

When getting ready to sell your home, there are a few simple things to keep in mind. First, the buyer does not want to have a ton of fixing up to do when they move in, so fix the little things: a loose cabinet door; a broken window blind; scuffed walls; etc. Look at each room with 'outsiders' eyes- you'll be amazed at what you've overlooked living there all the time. Tackle each room until it's completely ready for the market. Don't get overwhelmed. Get help. The time you take to fix the little things will pay off in the end.
